Az Heir & Probate Associates provides forensic genealogical investigation and heir location services exclusively to probate attorneys, estate counsel, trust officers, and court-appointed fiduciaries throughout Arizona and across jurisdictions nationwide. We do not accept direct public engagement, public inquiries will be worked through Nosy Wilma LLC. Our work is initiated by, and reported to, legal counsel.
Qualifications & Credentials
Our principal investigator is a licensed Arizona private investigator, a Boston University Certificate in Genealogical Research holder, and a ProGen graduate. Professional affiliations include the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG), the National Genealogical Society (NGS), and the American Association of Licensed Private Investigators (AALPI). Our research methodology adheres to the Genealogical Proof Standard, producing findings that are thoroughly documented, fully source-cited, and defensible under legal scrutiny.

Research Standards
Every engagement produces a written research report that identifies all sources consulted, documents the chain of evidence, and presents findings in a format suitable for court submission or attorney review. Where evidence is incomplete or conflicting, findings are qualified accordingly — we do not overstate conclusions.
